PASSING THE PEACE

A wonderful exercise that focuses on training yourself to become aware and cultivate peace. This is useful if you have a hard time sensing God’s presence.

FILTER & SAFETY CHECKS

Filter checks are used to assess if what we sense is coming from God or somewhere else. Safety checks help us share our journaling with others in small groups safely and within boundaries (coming soon).

IMMANUEL JOURNALING

This is a way of journaling your thoughts and feelings with God, then listening for God’s “response”. These are heart impressions we receive, simply the Holy Spirit guiding our thoughts.


CHECKING YOUR RELATIONAL PULSE

This helps you to learn whether your relationship connectors are working well and tips on how to build them to be stronger.

REALIGNING YOUR GRATITUDE

This exercise helps reset your default emotion from any negative emotion to joy, through the practice of gratitude exercises for one month. This results in more naturally returning to joy after stress or negativity, with less effort .

CHECKING IN - FOR SMALL GROUPS

A way to help a small group, or two individuals, share safely in a way that doesn’t overwhelm each other and helps grow joyful connections with God and others.


RELATIONAL CONNECTORS (RC’s)

Have you ever said or did something you wish you hadn’t? There’s a way to get our brain’s relational connectors to the “on” switch before we start interacting with others. Learn these simple tools and you will be amazed how much easier it is to become and stay connected with God and others.

STAGES OF MATURITY

These are the maturity stages we go through as we develop through our life cycle and how we can know if something is missing that we need to go back and learn. Most people are in child or infant level maturity, which from a developmental point of view, doesn’t mean you are childish. It simply means there were things missing in your childhood that didn’t get met, and still need to get met, for you to grow deeper connections with God and others.
